Scrapper's Delights - September Challenge

Today is the start of the September Scrapper's Delights Challenge. The theme is  as always 'Anything goes'.

Here is my inspiration for you. 

This image is called 'Say it with balloons'. It's available at the store link below.

I coloured her using the following promarkers and copics: 

 E31, E37, E33, E000, E00, E11, E21, R20, R24

I found some plain and background paper to match the coloures in the image.

I used a5.5 x 6.5" card blank and rounded the corners with a corner punch. I cut the plain red card down to size and cut the patterned paper to a nice size to sit on top and rounded the corners on all of those too, along with the image corners. I mounted the image with foam tape and everything else with double sided tape. I added gems to the image and used a wink of stella on the balloons to finish.
