Scrappers Delights Spotlight at Markers! Papers! Digis!

Here is my inspiration for you using the spotlight freebie mermaid image. 

I coloured the images using the following promarkers and Copics: 

Ivory, B60, G20, E000,E00, E11, E21, YR24, YR21, Y21

I found some background papers to match the colours in the image and cut the image down to a good size.

I used an 8"x8" card blank, cut some black card 6mm smaller in both directions and mounted it onto the card blank using double sided tape. I cut the green swily paper to 6mm smaller than the black card on both sides and mounted with double sided tape. 

I mounted the blue paper onto back card in the same way as above ans mounted that onto the green paper using double sided tape.

I mounted the coloured image onto black card using double sided tape then mounted the black card and image onto the card blank using 3D foam tape. 

I added the sentiment using 3D foam tape and added gems to all the corners of the green paper.
